Coming from a Turkish migrant family and living in Germany, and now partly in Australia, I have struggled for many years from moving in between worlds and expectations.
Until I realized I need to focus on the strength that arises from this struggle: cultural sensitivity, empathy and creativity. By doing that I discovered my disfunctional hidden beliefs and transformed them into positive, holistic and powerful ideas about myself and my environment.
I believe that some thoughts are preventing us from our goals and living the life we want to live. Through the methodology of systemic coaching and social and developmental psychology I would like to work with you to find a healthier substitute for harmful thoughts and reinforce a new way of thinking so the old ways begin to fade away.

…to form a new habbit? That is a myth! On average it takes 66 days before a new behavior becomes automatic. The only way to get to Day 66 or further is to start with Day 1. So forget about the number and focus on doing the work.

It takes five positive things to outweigh a single negative thing. Our brains have something called a “negativity bias” that makes us remember bad news more than good. To feel balanced in our lives, we need to work to recognize the positive.

90,655,372 is probably better to remember than 90655372! The short-term memory can only hold on to so much information at a time, which is why we use “chunking” to remember long numbers.

Mastermind Coaching Circles are a support group of 3 or 4 people with the aim of helping you keep track of and fulfil your goals.
The Masterminds meet on a regular basis and everyone involved works on their own resources, tasks and goals.
I will supervise these groups in the beginning to make sure that the format is understood.
Well, that depends on the size and depth of your chosen topic.
Within 3 to 5 coaching sessions you should be able to clarify the goals you want to focus on, begin to understand your motives and hidden patterns and have plan for change or acceptance.
No. I don’t offer therapy.
It is often a thin line between counselling and coaching, but in my coaching conversations I would always let you know which approach I would take.
